Your notifications
Everything sent to you, newest first: what needs you, what is new, and what has already been dealt with.
Deal with what needs you
- Press Needs you.
- Press a notification to open where it is done.
- Do it there.
Then: Once it is dealt with, by you or by somebody else, it is struck through, marked dealt with, and leaves Needs you.
Clear what you have read
- Press Mark all read to mark everything read at once.
- Or press the × beside one notification, named Put this away, to take it off your list.
Then: The count on the bell goes down. A notification put away is gone from every view here.
Find an old notification
- Press Everything.
- Type in the search box.
- Press Add filter to narrow it by unit or by kind.
- Use the pages at the foot of the list to go further back.
Choose what reaches your phone and email
- Press Notification settings.
- Check or uncheck Phone and Email for each kind of notice.
- Press Save.
Then: It opens Your account at Notifications, beside the list on a computer. Everything still arrives here, whatever you choose.
Daniel wants every approval by email but nothing about the noticeboard. They uncheck Email for the noticeboard and press Save: those notices still arrive here, only the emails stop.
The list is yours alone, by who it was sent to, not by unit: somebody who moves unit keeps the request that reached them last week.
