Your ID card
Your ID card on your phone, the same as the printed one: hold it up to the kiosk at the door to clock in, and again to clock out.
Clock in with your phone instead of the card
- Open ID card under My time.
- Turn your screen's brightness up.
- Hold the card on your screen up to the kiosk, or to a lead's phone.
- Type your PIN if the kiosk asks for it.
- Hold it up again when you leave, to clock out.
Then: The kiosk says you are clocked in, and the punch is on your timesheet like one from the clock.
Sokha left their card at home. At the door they open ID card, turn the brightness up and hold the phone to the kiosk; it reads the code as it reads the plastic and says they are clocked in.
Set your kiosk PIN
- Under Your kiosk PIN, type four to eight digits in the first box.
- Type the same digits again in the second box.
- Press Set PIN.
Then: The page says your PIN is set. The kiosk asks for it after you scan, where your organization turned that on.
Rather not? Set it again at any time to change it.
Who: Nobody else sets your PIN or can see it; the record says only that it changed.
If there is no card here
- Ask whoever adds people at your unit to issue you one.
- If the kiosk says your card was canceled or has expired, ask them for a new one.
Then: A card shows here as soon as it is issued. Canceled and expired cards never show, as the kiosk would refuse them.
Who: Whoever adds people at your unit issues cards, under People › ID cards.
Only your own cards that are neither canceled nor expired, on a seat you still hold, show here. An Auditor, whose every seat only reads, keeps no time, so the page says so in place of a card.
