Your checklist
What you still need to do before a program you are booked on, such as a form to sign, a document to send or a payment, and the lists you keep for somebody you booked.
Do an item on your list
- Open the checklist from its card on Home.
- Press an item to open it.
- Send what it asks: Choose a file and send, fill in the details, or type your full name and press I have read it and agree.
- For one you do yourself, press I have done this.
Then: Where the team checks it, it waits for their check; you are told if it is sent back, with why. When everything required is done, the list says so.
Keep the checklist for somebody you booked
- Open the checklist: each person you are the contact for has a list of their own.
- Open their list, and do each item for them.
Then: A child's, or a friend's with no address of their own, is kept by whoever booked them.
See what is due, and when
- Read each item's due date, and whether it is Optional.
- Look for Overdue or Due soon beside an item.
Then: You are emailed seven days before something is due, on the day, and each week while it is overdue: one email listing everything you still owe.
You see only the lists you hold: your own, and those of the people you booked. There is nothing here for a program with no checklist.
