Workload
Planned hours from the tasks given to people, week by week, against each person's weekly hours.
See who is full, week by week
- Read each person's row: every week's planned hours, how full that week is, and its tasks.
- Choose a Unit or a Project, and Hours or Tasks, and press Show.
- Press the arrows for earlier or later weeks, or This week to come back.
Then: Under 80%, 80 to 100%, and over capacity each have their own color and words. Hours come from each task's estimate, spread evenly over its working days (Monday to Friday) from its start day to its due day, and shared among its people; a task with no start day is all on its due day.
Give a task to somebody with room
- Press a person's week to open their tasks in it.
- Read Who has room that week.
- Beside a task, choose somebody in Give it to and press Reassign.
Then: It is theirs in that person's place, on its own project; its other people stay on it, and whoever is new is told.
Set people's weekly hours
- Press Capacity settings.
- Type a person's own weekly hours, or leave it empty for the organization's, and press Save.
- Change The organization's weekly hours and press Save.
Then: Everybody is planned against the organization's weekly hours (40 unless it is changed) unless they have their own.
Whoever runs projects at a unit sees the people seated there and below; everybody else sees their own row. Somebody whose unit keeps their name from you is not listed, and hours count only the tasks on projects you can open. A seat that only reads, such as an Auditor's, is told the page is not theirs, and pointed to My workspace.
