Web pages
The units whose page on your organization's website you write, and whether each has none yet, a draft, or a published page.
Write your unit's page
- Find your unit in the list. Beside it, it says No page yet, a draft and its address, or Published at and its address.
- Press the unit's name.
- Write the page there, and press Save.
Then: A page saved without Published checked stays a draft, read only here. Published, anybody can read it at its address.
See a published page as visitors do
- Press Published at beside the unit.
Then: It opens in a new tab, at your organization's address followed by the page's own word. Every published page is listed in Find us, the website's directory of your units, and Find us appears in the website's menu once any unit has one.
If a unit is missing from the list
- If the page says no level has pages yet, ask the Owner or an Admin to choose which levels do on Settings › Organization › Website, under Levels with a page.
- If its level has pages, check that you coordinate that unit or one above it.
Web pages appear only where your organization's plan includes a page for every unit and it is switched on. The list holds only units at levels with pages where you may write the page: a Unit coordinator sees their own unit and those beneath it, and the Owner and Admins see them all.
