Timesheet
One person's month as somebody who reads their hours sees it: each day, what it was spent on, and the shifts and notes behind any day.
Read somebody's month
- On Team hours, press their row under By person, or find them with Find a person.
- Read the tiles: Hours, Against expected, Accounted for, On leave, Never closed and Needs attention.
- Read The month, colored by what the time was spent on, with approved leave set apart.
- Press Month, Week, Day or Categories to see it another way.
Then: Categories turns the month on its side: a row per category with the days across, to show when each kind of work happens.
Rather not? To see another month, go back to Team hours, step to the month and open them again: their month follows the one you were reading.
Open a day to see its shifts
- Press a day on the month, or a cell under Categories.
- Read each shift: its times, its hours and the unit, and whether it is Approved, Accepted, First sign-off, Waiting for approval, Sent back or Open.
- Read how it was recorded: clocked, added by hand, or corrected, by whom and why.
- Read what it was spent on, category by category, and About the shift, in their words.
- Press the day before or after at the top of the panel to move through the month.
Then: Nothing in the panel changes a shift. To approve one, press Approvals on The month.
Grace sees 1 under Needs attention on Sokha's month and opens Tuesday. The evening shift was clocked on a phone, says Waiting for approval and has nothing in a category yet, so Grace asks Sokha to account for it before approving.
See every day of one category
- Press a category's name under the month, or its row under By category.
- Read each day it was worked, with what was written.
- Press a day to open the whole of it.
Then: The day opens with that category lit. Press Show the whole day to see all of it, or the line at the top to go back to the category.
Issue their service-hour certificate
- Press Service-hour certificate under their name.
- Choose the days in From and To, and press Show.
- Press Print or save as PDF.
Then: It states their approved volunteer hours between those days, unit by unit, and names you as its issuer.
You open the month of somebody whose hours you read at one of their units and whose name you may be told; anybody else is not found. The month holds their hours at the units where you read hours, and no others: their own timesheet holds every unit's. A day of leave taken at another unit reads Away, without its kind.
