The report

The report on a program: written by the people asked to, read by whoever runs it, and downloaded as Word or PDF.

Ask somebody to write the report

  1. Open Afterwards, then the report.
  2. Under Who writes it, check one or two people who were there.
  3. Choose the day it is due By, if you like.
  4. Press the button that asks them.

Then: They are told, and the report is on their Overview until they send it.

Rather not? Press Write it yourself to write it instead.

Write the report you were asked for

  1. Open it from your Overview, or from the notice you were sent.
  2. Write the four short sections: What happened, Highlights, What was hard and Next time.
  3. Add photographs, each with a caption, and files such as the attendance sheet or receipts.
  4. Press Send to the organizer.

Then: It saves as you type. Photographs are made smaller before they are sent, and go into the Word file and the PDF two to a row with their captions.

After the camp, Sokha and Daniel are asked for the report. They write it on their phones on the bus home, add the day's photographs, and Sokha sends it in before they arrive.

Accept it, or send it back

  1. Read the report that was sent.
  2. Press Accept the report, or Send it back… with a note saying what needs another look.

Then: The writers are told. A report sent back is theirs to change and send again.

Download it as Word or PDF

  1. Press Word to edit it further, or PDF to pass it on.

Then: Who came, the running order and the crew are added for you, as they stand when you download it.

A report is open only to whoever runs the program and the people asked to write it: its pictures are of the people who came. Anybody else who opens it is told it is not open to them.
