Support request
One request to ORG-APP support: everything written on it, its status, and where you answer.
Read support's answers
- Open the request from Help & support.
- Read the line under its title: its number, what it is about, and whether it is Waiting on support or Waiting on you.
- Read the messages, oldest first: yours say You, and support's say ORG-APP support.
Then: When support answers, whoever asked is told in their notifications and by email. A request under data law also shows what it asks for, and the day it is due.
Answer support
- Type in Answer at the foot.
- Press Send.
Then: It says Sent: support will answer here. The request goes back to Waiting on support, and a resolved one opens again.
Say it is solved
- Read support's last answer.
- Press This is solved.
Then: It is marked Resolved, and the button goes. If the trouble comes back, answer it again: that opens it again.
If the request is closed
- Read the line where the answer box was: it says the request is closed.
- Go back to Help & support and ask again.
- Mention the old request's number, such as #1042, in the new one.
Then: A closed request takes no more answers. Support closes a request once it is settled.
You see a request you made; an administrator who changes settings for the whole organization sees every request the organization made. Anybody else's request, and one that does not exist, both show as not found. Support's own notes, and which person at support wrote, are never shown.
