Programs

What your organization runs, such as a convention, a camp or a monthly gathering: where each one stands, who is on it, who came and what happens afterwards.

See where each program stands

  1. Read the list: Happening now first, then Coming up month by month, then Recently finished.
  2. Read each card: its stage, such as Booking open or Afterwards, and what needs somebody, such as 2 lines need somebody.
  3. Press a card's title to open the program, or one of its buttons, such as People, Running order or Door, to go straight there.

Then: A program stays under Recently finished for 30 days after its last date, with its report and follow-up a press away; after that it is in Past programs.

The monthly gathering in Chicago repeats, so it appears once with its next date and "11 more dates". A card for the youth camp says "2 lines need somebody": two parts of its day have nobody to run them, so Grace opens its Running order and asks two of the crew.

Find a program, or narrow the list

  1. Press a figure above the list, On now, Next 30 days, Taking bookings or Needs attention, to show only those. Press it again to let go.
  2. Type in Search programs, or press a category, Public, Internal or Mine.
  3. Choose a unit under Unit, or a stage in the row below.
  4. Press Clear filters to see everything again.

Then: Everything you choose is in the page's address, so a filtered list is a link you can send.

See the season, to spot two that clash

  1. Press Season beside the filters.
  2. Read every date of every program on a strip of six months.
  3. Press ← Earlier or Later → to move six months at a time.
  4. Press List to go back to the cards.

Add a program

  1. Press + Add program.
  2. Type its Title, choose the Unit that runs it and its Category.
  3. Check when it Starts and Ends. They open on today at the next hour on the unit's clock, an hour apart. Change Starts and Ends moves with it, until you change Ends yourself.
  4. Open Repeat if it comes round again.
  5. Press Add program.

Then: It is on the list. Open it, and its Settings sets up who may come, tickets and questions: nobody can book it until booking is opened there. Held in ORG-APP's Inbuilt Meeting Room, the sheet first offers Guests from outside, for people with no account.

Rather not? A program made by mistake can be deleted from its card while nothing has happened to it: no booking, no money, no call held, nobody checked in, no report and nothing lent. Press Delete, then Delete it. Otherwise it can only be canceled.

Find your own part

  1. Look beside the list, under Your part.
  2. Read You lead: the lines of a running order that are yours. Press one to open it.
  3. Read You could take: lines and jobs open to the crew. Press I will do this, or Ask for this where the organizer chooses who takes it.
  4. Read Following up: the people you follow up, with Your list → and, where the queue opens for you, The follow-up queue →.

Then: A line or job you take is yours at once. One you ask for waits for the organizer's yes.

You see the programs run by your own part of the organization, and any a unit above you announced to the units below it. A unit you do not belong to keeps its own to itself. Programs are read only through a seat that holds See events: an Auditor's and an IT admin's do not, and the page tells them Programs are not part of their seat.
