Preview as a participant

One lesson or assignment of a course's outline, drawn as a participant's page draws it, for the course's editors.

Preview an item

  1. In the builder, press Preview as a participant for the first lesson or assignment, or Preview on a saved lesson, assignment or Mark as done item.
  2. Read it as a participant will: its text, its video, its files and what to hand in.

Then: Nothing on it can be pressed, and its files are named, never opened. Each class shows it from its own copy, with its own sessions, dates and files.

Change what you saw

  1. Press Back to the builder.
  2. Open the item from its module under Lessons & assignments, change it, and press Save.

If the preview says it is not found

  1. Open it from the builder of a course you may edit.

Only for whoever may edit the course. Somebody from outside the organization never opens it.
