Past programs
Every program that has finished, however long ago, each opening on its last date with its report, who came and what happened afterwards.
Find a past program
- Type its name in Search past programs.
- Choose a Year or a Unit, or press a category.
- Press its name to open it on its last date.
Then: Each choice is in the page's address, so a search is a link you can send.
Planning this year's convention, Daniel types Summit and chooses last year. Its report and its running order are a press away, so the new plan starts from what worked.
Follow up the people who came, months later
- Press Afterwards under the program.
- Put everybody who came on follow-up, keep them together in a group, or put them on a course.
Then: It works a year later as it did the day after: Afterwards keeps who came.
Close a program that is done
- Press Not closed yet to see the programs still open.
- Read what a program you run, in Afterwards for 30 days or more, says is still open: the report, who came, and follow-up.
- Press a line that is not done, such as Report not written yet, to deal with it.
- Press Close it from its Overview → when you are ready, and close it there.
Then: A closed program moves under Closed. Closing is your choice: it can be closed with any of the three still open.
You see the same programs as on Programs: those run by your own part of the organization, and any a unit above you announced to the units below it. Without See events at any unit, the page says Programs are not part of your seat.
