Past classes

Every class that has finished or was canceled, across every course: its roster, who completed it, and a group to keep them together.

Find a class that has ended

  1. Type in Search by course or class.
  2. Choose a Year, and a Unit where you see more than one.
  3. Press Finished or Canceled to see only those. Press it again, or Clear filters, to let go.
  4. Press a class's name to open its page.

Then: Each row says its unit, its dates, how many learners were on it and how many completed it.

Download a class's roster

  1. Find the class.
  2. Press Download the roster.

Then: A spreadsheet of everybody who was on it, learners and facilitators, with their sessions attended, late, excused and missed, the day each completed, and their answers to its joining questions except any marked sensitive. Somebody seated where a unit keeps its people's names within it is a row that says Name withheld, with their attendance. The download is recorded.

Keep its people together in a group

  1. Press Start a group on a finished class.
  2. Give it a Name, and say What it's for.
  3. Under Who to invite, choose those who completed it, everybody in the class, or Choose people.
  4. Set its first meeting and the first post on its wall, if you like.
  5. Press the button that sends the invitations, or make the group without sending any.

Then: Each person is invited and decides whether to join. Its facilitators are asked to help run it, and are not put in as members. Invitations work for 30 days.

Rather not? Follow-up tracks are kept against the program people came from, not a class: start a group instead.

The spring youth leaders class closed in May. Daniel searches Youth leaders, chooses this year, presses Start a group and invites the twelve who completed it to keep meeting monthly.

You see classes at the units you can see, and classes you were in yourself, wherever they ran. Download the roster and Start a group are for whoever runs the class.
