Nothing was changed

Where a change you tried lands while your organization can be read but not changed: why it was refused, and what still works.

Find out why nothing was changed

  1. Read the line under the title. It gives the reason: a support visit, a suspended organization, a closed account, a demo that has ended, or ORG-APP being restored.
  2. Press Back to home: everything you could see before, you can still see.

Then: Nothing has been deleted. If the page says you can make changes again, go back and try once more.

Bring your organization back after an unpaid bill

  1. Read the line under the title: it says when the suspension is for a bill that was not paid.
  2. If you are an Owner or Admin, press Open Billing under it: Billing stays open while the organization is read-only.
  3. Press Manage in Stripe and put in a card that works, or pay the invoice that is due.
  4. Anybody else: ask your Owner.

Then: Once the bill is paid, everything comes back exactly as it was.

Rather not? Suspended for another reason? Send a request from Help & support, which still works while the organization is read-only, and the ORG-APP team answers.

Keep going after your demo has ended

  1. Press Choose your plan in the strip at the top, to make your own organization from your demo request.
  2. Or press Ask for more time.

Then: Asking for more time tells ORG-APP's sales team, and the strip says it was asked. Meanwhile the sandbox can still be read, until the day the strip names.

Take your records after your organization has closed

  1. Open Settings › Your data › Export and archive.
  2. Press Download everything, and confirm it's you.

Then: The archive downloads. It is the one change a closed organization can still make while it waits to be erased.

Everybody in a read-only organization lands here when a change is refused, but what each person can still do differs: only an Owner or Admin pays the bill, only the people trying a demo choose its plan, and a support visit changes nothing at all.
