My teams

The teams you are on: who leads each, how many are on it, and how busy its wall has been.

Read and write on a team's wall

  1. Open My workspace and press Teams.
  2. Press the team's row. The teams with the most posts this week come first.
  3. Read its wall, or write to it in the box at the top.

Then: Only the team's members read its wall.

Daniel is on the media team and the welcome team. On Thursday the media team's row says 4 posts this week and the welcome team's says last post 2 weeks ago, so Daniel opens the media team first and finds the rota for Sunday's livestream.

Find out who leads a team

  1. Find the team on Teams.
  2. Read the line under its name: its unit, then led by and the names of whoever leads it.
  3. If it says you lead it, you can pin posts on its wall and take them down.

If a team you are on is not listed

  1. Ask whoever leads the team whether your place on it was ended.
  2. If it was, or you were never put on it, ask whoever looks after your organization's Structure page to put you on it.

Then: Once you are on it again, it is listed here with its wall.

Only the teams you are on now. A list of every team in the organization is not here, and nobody can read a team's wall without being on it.
