My report
The reports you have been asked for, the notes you keep towards each, and the ones you have sent.
Fill in and send a report
- Find it under Asked of you, with its period and when it is due.
- Press Fill it in, or Carry on if you have started.
- Answer the questions. Your answers save as you go.
- Press Send report.
Then: It moves to Sent and goes to whoever reads reports for your unit, as the form sets it. From then on it is read, not edited.
Your monthly report is due on the 27th. You save it on Tuesday, add to it on Thursday and send it on Friday: it is the same report throughout.
Keep notes as you go
- Press Add a note beside the report.
- Write a line, under the question it belongs to.
- Press Add note.
Then: Only you see your notes. Under a number question, each note's figure is added up, and the report shows the total so far.
On the 3rd, three new people come to youth night, so you add a note of 3 under the new-people question. By the 26th that question says 12 from your notes, ready to use.
Put your notes into your answers
- Open the report.
- Under a question with notes, press Put my notes in: they go into the answer as a dated list.
- Under a number question, press the Use button that shows the total.
- Shape the words into your own, and press Send report.
Then: Nothing is filled in for you until you press. Whoever reads your report sees your answers and the files you send, never your notes.
If a report comes back to you
- Look for Needs another look under Asked of you.
- Press Have another look.
- Read why it was sent back, at the top.
- Change your answers and press Send report again.
If there is nothing to fill in
- Read Asked of you: Nothing outstanding means no report is open for you now.
- Check you hold a seat: without one, nobody can ask you for a report.
- Ask whoever runs your unit whether a report should be open, or when the next one opens.
Only the reports asked of units where you hold a seat, for periods that are open now. The reports you read for other people are not here. An Auditor, whose seat only reads, is asked for no report: the page says so and offers the monthly roll-up instead.
