My pay

Get a payslip

1. Find the pay period under Payslips.
2. Press Payslip (PDF).
3. Keep or print the PDF.

Then: The PDF lists each earning and deduction and your net pay, to keep for a bank, a landlord or a visa office.

Who: You are told “Your payslip is ready” when the pay run is marked paid.

Daniel needs proof of income for a new apartment. They open October's payslip under Payslips, keep the PDF with every earning, every deduction and their net pay, and send it to the landlord.

Change the account your pay goes to

1. Under The account your pay goes to, type the Account number.
2. Add Name on the account, Bank and Branch.
3. Press Ask for the change.
4. Answer when someone calls you back on the number already on file.

Then: It shows as Waiting for a call-back. Nothing changes until it is confirmed, and you are told when it is asked for and when it is decided.

Rather not? Press Withdraw it while it waits: the old account stays.

Who: Someone who keeps pay records where you work, or an Owner, calls you back and confirms it: never you, and never whoever asked for it.

If My pay says there is nothing to pay you

1. Read the line on My pay: it says why — you give your time as a volunteer, you invoice the organization for your work as a contractor, or you are on secondment and your pay comes from your home employer, whom you ask about payslips.
2. Claim back what you spend for the organization under My workspace › Claims.
3. If you are paid, ask HR to record your pay, or your engagement as an employee or an intern.

Then: Once HR records pay for you, or an engagement as an employee or an intern, My pay is among My time's tabs and shows your payslips and the account your pay goes to.

If you are told of a bank change you did not ask for

1. Open My pay.
2. Read the change waiting under The account your pay goes to.
3. Press Withdraw it.
4. Tell HR or an Owner straight away.

Then: The change is withdrawn, and your pay keeps going to the account on file.
