See what is next

1. Read Next up: your next session across your classes, in the class's time and your own, with its call where it is held online.
2. Press Join the call while it is live, or Wait in the room once the room is open and before a facilitator starts it.
3. Press Add to calendar to put the session in your calendar app, or Details to open its class's Schedule.
4. Read Due this week: what to hand in, check off or read soonest, each with its due date on its class's clock.

Then: The room opens 15 minutes before the session starts. Upcoming lists the sessions after it, and Full schedule opens them all.

Follow your progress in a class

1. Find the class under My classes.
2. Read Progress by lesson: each module, with how much of what counts is done.
3. Open To complete: the sessions you still need, the work still to hand in or waiting for a mark, and whether you are ready to be signed off, by the rules the sign-off uses.
4. Press Score card for your score, or Open class to go to the class.

Then: A lesson counts once you mark it as done, a hand-in once it is in, a quiz once it is passed, and each other item by its own rule. An optional item is listed and never counted, and a session you were excused from counts on neither side.

Dara is on a course that asks for 75% attendance over four sessions. After the first, its To complete reads Attend 3 of 4 sessions: 1 so far, 2 to go, on track.

Book what is required of you, or renew it

1. Read Required of you: each course a unit requires of you, where you stand, and its next class.
2. Press Book the next class to open the course, where you join or ask for a place.
3. Read Due for renewal: a certificate of yours that ends soon, with a place on its next class to book.

Then: A place on the next class renews it when you complete it. A place on a paid class is held until you pay: Waiting for payment says how much, the reference and by when.

Join another class, and follow what you asked for

1. Under Join another class, press Join with a code and type the code a facilitator gave you, or press Explore courses.
2. Read Asked for and waiting: the places you asked for, and the waiting lists you are on.
3. Press Take back my request… to take back a request still waiting, or Withdraw from the waiting list before the class starts.

Then: The people running a class answer each request, and you are told either way. When a place frees on a class you are waiting for, it goes to whoever has waited longest, and they are told.

Keep your certificates

1. Find the certificate under Certificates.
2. Press Download PDF for a copy.
3. Press Share verify link so anybody can confirm it is genuine.

Then: Each says when it was issued and until when it is valid, and whether it is Current, Expired, Replaced or Withdrawn.
