My groups: the meetings

Every meeting of every group you are in, in one list on one clock: this week, later, and the last four weeks.

Say whether you'll come

  1. Open My groups and press Meetings.
  2. Find the meeting under This week or Later.
  3. Press I'll come or Can't this time.
  4. Press your answer again to take it back.

Then: The card says We'll remind you the day before, or You won't be reminded once you said you can't. Whoever runs the group sees how many are coming and how many can't.

On Thursday the list shows Sunday's camp meet-up, where Daniel said they'll come, and Wednesday's planning call online, not answered yet. Daniel presses Can't this time on the call; Daniel is not reminded about it, and the call's card now says 6 coming · 1 can't.

Join a meeting held online

  1. Find the meeting's card.
  2. For one held in ORG-APP's Inbuilt Meeting Room, press Join ORG-APP's Meeting Room once the room opens, half an hour before the start.
  3. For a meeting held elsewhere, press Join online.

Then: The call opens over the page. Until the room opens, the card says how long until it does.

See whether you came

  1. Look under The last four weeks.
  2. Read each line: You came, You missed it, or Roll not taken.

Then: A meeting says whether you came once whoever runs the group has taken the roll.

Take the roll for a group you run

  1. Find the meeting: on its day under This week, or afterwards under The last four weeks.
  2. Press Take the roll.
  3. Check everybody who came. Those who said they'd come are checked to start with.
  4. Press Save the roll.

Then: Each person's own list says You came or You missed it. Press Change the roll to put it right later.

Who: Whoever runs the group and its helpers take the roll, from the day of the meeting.

If a time looks different from the group's own page

  1. Read the line at the foot of the list: it says which clock these times are on.
  2. Press a group's name to see its meetings on the group's own clock.

Then: Here every meeting is on one clock so that groups in different places line up; a group's own page keeps its own time zone.

Only the groups you are in that are still open. Later shows each group's next meeting only: press a group's name for the rest. Who said they'd come is not named here, only how many. Somebody from outside the organization sees this page as Meetings, with times where their groups meet unless they choose their own clock in Your account.
