Meetings calendar
Every meeting you are on the list for, on a calendar: the boards you sit on, and any meeting you were invited to.
See when your next meetings are
- Read Next meeting at the top: its day, its body and its time, with how long until it starts.
- Look down Coming up, beside the calendar, for the next eight.
- Choose one body under Committee to see its meetings alone, or All committees for every one.
- Press a day in the small month to go to it, or Today to come back.
Then: Every time on the page is on the clock named under Shown in: your own, chosen in Your account, else your seat's, else your organization's. Each body keeps its own color, and a meeting called off stays, marked Canceled and struck through.
Daniel sits on the finance committee and the board. With All committees chosen, both show on Tuesday the 14th, each in its own color, so Daniel asks the committee's secretary to move theirs before its papers go out.
Open a meeting from the calendar
- Press the meeting on the calendar, or its line under Coming up.
- Read it in the panel that opens: its agenda, motions, attendance, minutes and actions.
- Press Attendance to say whether you are coming, if you have not.
- Press Open the full page to work on it at its own address.
Then: The panel shows the meeting as it was when you opened it; close it and the month is where you left it. The minutes are drafted from the agenda on the full page, not in the panel.
Print your meetings
- Choose Month, Week or Day above the calendar, and go to the dates you want.
- Choose a body under Committee, if you want one alone.
- Press Print.
Then: The filter and the small month beside the calendar are left off the printout.
If a meeting you expected is not there
- Check that Committee reads All committees.
- Read the Committees tile: the bodies you are seated on today. You are not seated on one means you are on no body's roster.
- Ask the body's secretary whether you are on the meeting's list.
Grace is seated on the Youth Committee on May 2. Its June and July meetings, called in April, appear on Grace's calendar that day, and Grace is told of each. Its September meeting appears in July, about sixty days before it.
Meetings is the one Governance tab open to anybody invited to a meeting, without a seat on a board or permission to read board business. It shows only the meetings you are on the list for, never every board's: the Room lists those, for people who can read board business.
