Your day at a glance: what is waiting on you, what you have on in the next seven days, and what has been posted for you.

Deal with what is waiting on you

  1. Look at Waiting on you. It lists only what you yourself can act on, the most urgent first.
  2. Read the line: a report you owe, shifts to account for, timesheets waiting for your sign-off, reports to read, or a step waiting on you.
  3. Press the button at the end of the line, such as Open or Review.
  4. Do it on the page that opens.

Then: Once it is done, the line leaves Waiting on you. With nothing waiting, the card says so in a sentence rather than going blank.

Rather not? On a report you are writing, press Add a note to note something now, or Nothing new this week when the week's question has nothing to add.

On Monday Waiting on you shows "2 timesheets awaiting your sign-off" and your October report with 9 notes. Dara presses Review, approves both on Approvals, and comes back to find only the report left.

See what you have on this week

  1. Look at My day. It lists the next seven days, today first, on your own clock, named beside the heading as Your time: the one you chose under Your account, else the one your device is in.
  2. Read the smaller time under a line held on another clock: its own time there, with its day where that is another, such as Fri 11:00 AM Chicago time.
  3. Read each line's mark: Event, Meeting, Course, Action due, Leave, Report due, Your booking or Shift.
  4. Look for NOW beside whatever is happening at this moment.
  5. Press a line to open it, or Join beside a meeting held online.

Then: The line opens its own page: the event, the meeting, the class or the shift.

Post something for your unit, team or group

  1. On the board, press the box that says Post something.
  2. Choose where it goes in the list beside it, when you may post in more than one place.
  3. For a unit's board, choose Who it reaches: the unit and everything below it, or the unit only.
  4. Check roles under Narrow it to roles to reach only the people who hold them, or leave them all unchecked.
  5. Write your post and press Post.

Then: It shows on the board of everybody it reaches. Before you post to a unit's board, it says how many people it will reach, never who.

Who: A team's or a group's wall reaches its members and nobody else. A unit's board takes posts from those your organization lets post there.

Find a person, a page or a file

  1. Press ⌘K on a Mac, or Ctrl K on other computers, from any page.
  2. Or press the search box in the middle of the top bar. On a phone, press the magnifier beside the bell.
  3. Type at least two letters.
  4. Press All, or one group's pill, such as People or Files, to see only those results.
  5. Press a result, or move to it with the arrow keys and press Enter.

Then: The page opens where the result is. A result under Help opens the help for that task beside the page you are on.

Sokha types "dara" and sees Dara under People, a conversation with Dara under Messages and a file called "Dara rota" under Files. Pressing the Messages pill shows the conversations alone.

Get help with the page you are on

  1. Press the question mark beside the page's title. On Home it is on the welcome card, beside the date.
  2. Or press Help in the account menu, or at the foot of the rail.
  3. On a phone, press the question mark in the top bar, or Help in More.
  4. Or press the ? key when you are not typing in a box.
  5. Press Search in the help to find how to do something on another page.

Then: The help opens beside the page, on that page's tasks, and the page stays where it was.

Home shows what concerns you and the units you sit in: somebody at another unit has the same page with their own work on it. Owners and Admins also see Getting set up here until the organization is set up, and My tasks, Project health and the board show only where your organization's plan has them. Where we're going shows only once your Owner or an Admin has shared the strategy with your unit or one above it.
