Forms

Forms and surveys you are asked to answer, responses waiting for your approval, and the forms you run.

Answer a form you are asked

  1. Open To answer.
  2. Press the form.
  3. Answer its questions.
  4. Press Send.

Then: The form's thanks shows in its place, and the list marks it Answered.

Approve a response waiting for you

  1. Find it under Waiting for you, at the top.
  2. Press it to open the response.
  3. Read the answers.
  4. Add A note for them (optional) if you want to.
  5. Press Approve or Not this time.

Then: The person who sent it is told, with your note. If the form makes a task once a response is approved, it is made now.

Who: A response waits for you when you hold the form's approving role at its unit or above it; never your own.

Start a new form or survey

  1. Press New form.
  2. Choose the Unit that keeps it.
  3. Give it a Title.
  4. Choose Who answers it: its unit's people, a team, or anybody with a public link and QR code.
  5. Check An anonymous survey if no answer should be traced to a person.
  6. Press Start form.

Then: It opens as a draft that only you and the others who run forms there can see. Add its questions, then publish it.

Who: Only people who hold Run forms at a unit can start a form there.

Grace runs a staff survey for their region: an anonymous survey for its unit's people. Nobody's name is kept with the answers, each keeps only its day, and the results show in groups of five.

Find a form you run

  1. Open Forms you run.
  2. Search by title, or filter the list.
  3. Press the form to open it.

Then: Each card says whether it is a draft, live or closed, who answers it, and how many responses it has.

To answer lists live forms that ask you: those of your unit or a unit above it, and your teams'. Forms you run and New form appear only where you hold Run forms; a pulse survey's rounds are listed only for HR there, the Owner and Admins. Waiting for you lists responses whose approving role you hold at the form's unit, never your own.
