Follow-up
Everybody a program has sent on to be followed up: where each has got to, who is following them up, how long they have waited, and who has nobody.
Give people to somebody to follow up
- Press Nobody's to see the people nobody is following up.
- Check the people you want, or the box at the top for everybody shown.
- Press Give to… in the bar at the foot, and choose the person.
Then: They are told once, however many people you gave them, and the people are on their To do.
Rather not? To follow somebody up yourself, open them and press Take it.
Seven people from the convention are under Nobody's. Sokha checks all seven, presses Give to…, and chooses Mary Ann. Mary Ann is told once about all seven, and they are on Mary Ann's To do.
Follow one person up
- Press their name to open their sheet: their program, their stage, who follows them up and how to reach them.
- Under Log what happened, press Called, Messaged, Met or Note, write what was said, and press Save to their history.
- Press a stage to move them on.
- Press Finish when they reach the end, or Drop…, give a reason, and press Drop.
Then: Everything done is kept in their History. Saving restarts their clock, so they leave Waiting too long.
Rather not? A finished or dropped person is not lost: open them and press Put back in the queue.
Find who has waited too long
- Press Waiting too long: everybody past their program's reminder gap.
- Narrow it with the search, or press + Add filter for a Unit, a Track, a Program or who is Following up.
- Check several and use the bar at the foot: Give to…, Move to…, Finish or Drop.
Then: The longest waiting come first. Whoever follows them up is reminded once each gap, and a program's organizers are reminded about people with nobody.
Four hundred people came to the convention and went on to its track. Three weeks later sixty have not moved past the first stage: Waiting too long shows those sixty, and that is the work for the week.
See everybody by stage
- Press Board.
- Choose a track, when there is more than one: each has its own stages.
- Use the arrows on a card to move a person back or on.
- Press List to go back.
Then: The board is the same people, one column a stage: for a team meeting about who is stuck where.
If somebody is not on the queue
- Open the program they came to, and its Afterwards tab.
- Read its follow-up plan: people go on when it ends, as they arrive, as their booking is confirmed, or only when somebody puts them on.
- Put them on from there, or from the program's People.
The queue is for whoever holds Create events at a unit, and for anybody given people to follow up; to anybody else there is no such page. It lists the people followed up at the units where you hold Create events, among your unit and the units below it, and the people you follow up yourself. Those are also on your To do, wherever they came from.
