Courses
The courses offered to your units, what is required of you, and the classes running now.
Find a course
- Type in Search courses: a course's title, its code or what it is about.
- Press a chip to see one band: Required of you, You're on or Offered here, and Drafts or Archived where you may edit a course. Press it again to let go.
- Press Add filter to narrow the page to one unit and the units below it.
- Press See course on a card to open the course's page.
Then: Each card says the course's next class and how often it meets, and what must be completed before it. A course required of you says where you stand, such as Overdue or Lapses in 9 days, and the line above the courses says how many required of you are overdue.
Sokha works with young people at a center. Safeguarding basics is at the top under Required of you, marked Overdue, and its card says the next class is on February 6. Sokha presses See course and asks for a place.
Join a class with a code somebody gave you
- Press Join with a code: it is under You're on while you are in no class, and always on My learning.
- Type the Code the facilitator gave you.
- Answer the class's joining questions, if it asks any.
- Press Join.
Then: You are on the class, or on its waiting list when it is full, and you take the first place that frees. On a class that asks first, the code asks for a place, and the people running it answer.
Write a new course
- Press New course.
- Choose the unit it is Written by, and type its Title.
- Press Start the draft. The builder opens on its first step.
- Work down the builder's steps, and press Publish once every line of its checklist is ready.
Then: Only the people who run courses at that unit see the draft, under Your drafts. Published, it reaches the units you offered it to, and the people who run courses there make its classes.
Put courses in an order: a learning path
- Press New learning path.
- Choose the unit it is Kept by, and type its Title.
- Press Start the draft. The path's own page opens, where you add its courses and publish it.
Then: A draft is seen only by the people who run courses at that unit. Published, it is shown under Learning paths to everybody all of its courses are offered to.
See the classes running now
- Read Running now beside the courses: the classes open or under way at the units you can see, the soonest next session first.
- Press a class to open it.
- Press All classes → for every class, on Classes.
Then: Each class says its course, its unit and its next session.
You see the courses offered to your units, the drafts and archived courses you may edit, the classes at the units you can see, and any class you are in, wherever it runs.
