Connections

Connect your own Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to ORG-APP so it can ask as you, choose what it may do, see every question it asked, and end it.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot

  1. Press Add a connection at the top, or Connect at the end of the assistant's row.
  2. Press Copy beside your organization's connection address.
  3. Press the assistant's name below it to open its steps, and do them in the assistant, pasting the address where it asks for a server address.
  4. When the assistant opens ORG-APP, sign in if you are asked.
  5. Uncheck anything you do not want it to do, and press Allow.
  6. Confirm it's you.

Then: You are sent back to the assistant. Its row here says Connected, with your name, and from then it asks ORG-APP as you: never more than you can see. A connection not used for 30 days ends by itself, and connecting the same assistant again replaces the one before.

Sokha copies the address, adds a custom connector in Claude and presses Connect. ORG-APP opens, Sokha unchecks Create tasks, presses Allow, and is back in Claude, which can now list the tasks Sokha can see.

Choose what a connected assistant may do

  1. Find the assistant's row. Its switches, under it, are Read tasks, Read people names and Create tasks.
  2. Read what each allows: seeing the projects and tasks you can see; looking up people you can see, with their units and roles; adding tasks, as you, to projects you work in.
  3. Press a switch to turn it off, or on again.

Then: The page says Done, and the assistant may no longer do it, or may again, from its next question.

See what an assistant asked as you

  1. Scroll down to Activity log.
  2. Read each line: when, which assistant, what it asked, and how many records it read.
  3. Look for refused or did not work beside a question that got no answer.

Then: Only you see your own log. Each question is kept 90 days, and the newest 50 are listed. What ORG-APP told the assistant is never kept.

Who: The Owner and Admins see who connected which assistant and what it may do, never what anybody asked.

End a connection

  1. Find the assistant's row.
  2. Press Revoke at the end of it.
  3. Press Revoke it to confirm.

Then: The row says Not connected, and the assistant is refused from its next question. To use it again, connect it again from the assistant.

Rather not? Switch off the one thing you no longer want it to do, and keep the rest.

See every connection in the organization

  1. Scroll down to For the organization.
  2. Read Everyone's connections: who, which assistant, what it may do, when it connected and when it was last used.
  3. Press Revoke at the end of one, then Revoke it, to end it.
  4. To let other apps connect, press Allow unverified apps and confirm it's you.

Then: A connection you revoke is refused from its next question; its person is not sent a notice. Pressing Stop allowing them, then Stop allowing, ends every unverified connection at once.

Rather not? AI connections are switched off for everybody in Settings › Features › Modules.

Who: The Owner and Admins.

Everybody in your organization has this page while it has AI connections on, reached from Your account, and sees their own connections and their own log only. The Owner and Admins also see For the organization, and find the page on their Settings menu, under Access and security. Somebody from outside, or with no seat, cannot connect an assistant.
