Classes

Find a class

1. Type in Search classes, courses, units….
2. Press Add filter for a Unit, a Status (Open, In progress or Finished) or a Course, each with its count.
3. Press a class's name, or Open class, to open its page.

Then: The search and the filters are part of the page's address, so a list you narrowed can be sent to somebody. Open counts drafts too, and Finished counts canceled classes.

Rather not? Press Open the calendar to see the sessions of your classes on the calendar.

Grace coordinates three units. They choose one under Unit and In progress under Status, and every class under way there is listed with how many are on it.

Open, start, close or cancel a class

1. Find the class's row. It offers only the buttons its state allows.
2. Press Open on a draft, Start on an open class, Close… on a class open or under way, Reopen… on a finished one, or Cancel class….
3. Read what it asks in place, and confirm.

Then: Start goes at once. Closing stops anybody joining and its join link working, and where its course completes by itself, whoever has met the rules on the sessions held is completed and told; check the box to close without completing anybody. Canceling ends it, and everybody on it is told.

Rather not? A finished class comes back with Reopen…, with a new join link, and stays open until it is closed again. A canceled class is not brought back.

Find a class that has ended

1. Press Past classes →.
2. Search by course or class, and choose a year or a unit.

Then: Past classes lists every class that finished or was canceled, with its roster and a group to keep its people together.
