Changes waiting

Raises past the Owner's limit, waiting for a second person's yes, and new bank accounts, waiting for a call-back before any pay run pays them.

Decide a raise waiting for you

  1. Find the raise under Raises waiting for a second person.
  2. Read the figure before and after, and what it adds to a month's pay.
  3. Type a Note (optional), if it helps.
  4. Press Approve the raise, or Refuse it.

Then: Approved, the new figure goes on their pay record, recorded with your name. Refused, their pay stays as it was. The person is told either way, never the figure, and so is whoever proposed it.

Rather not? Whoever proposed a raise can press Withdraw it while it waits.

Who: HR at the unit above the person's who reads pay there, an Admin or an Owner: never whoever proposed it, and never the person. Raises are proposed on the person's pay record, on People.

Ana proposes a raise on Lee's pay record, and it passes the Owner's limit, so the record keeps the old figure. Tomas, HR for the region above, who reads pay there, opens Changes waiting, opens the HR unlock, reads the figures and presses Approve the raise. Lee and Ana are told.

Confirm a new bank account

  1. Find it under Bank changes waiting for a call-back.
  2. Call the person on the number already on file, never one given in the request.
  3. Give the day you called in Called back on.
  4. Check On the number already on file, not one in the request.
  5. Press Confirm the new account.

Then: The new account goes on their pay record, and the next run marks their line Bank changed · confirmed by call-back. The person is told.

Rather not? Press Refuse: keep the old account if they did not ask for it: their pay keeps going to the account on file, and they are told.

Who: HR who sets pay where the person works, or an Owner: never the person, and never whoever asked for it.

Dara asks in My pay for their pay to go to a new account. The next morning Sokha calls Dara on the number already on file, and Dara says yes. Sokha gives that day in Called back on, checks the box and presses Confirm the new account, and November's run marks Dara's line.

Enter a bank change from a signed form

  1. Under Enter a bank change from a signed form, choose the Person.
  2. Type the Account number.
  3. Add the Account name, Bank and Branch, as the form gives them.
  4. Check I hold their signed form with this account on it.
  5. Press Enter the bank change.

Then: It waits for a call-back like any other. The person is told at once, so a change they did not ask for is seen before the money moves, and HR who sets pay where they work is told it waits.

Rather not? Press Withdraw it while it waits: the old account stays.

Who: For somebody with no sign-in, who cannot change it in My pay. Someone else confirms it after calling them back, never you.

If the figures and buttons do not show

  1. Type your HR PIN in Your HR PIN, or tap it on the keys below.
  2. Or press Use my password instead and type your password.
  3. Press Open.

Then: The figures, the decisions and the signed-form entry show for 10 minutes.

You see a raise when you decide above the person's unit or proposed it, and a bank change when you set pay where the person works, are an Owner, or asked for it; never one about yourself. The figures and the forms show only with the HR unlock open, and accounts only by their last four digits. Changes waiting shows where your organization's plan has Pay runs, and its tab shows to whoever holds Read pay; anybody else opens it from the notice they are sent.
