Choose or change your plan

1. Read Your plan: the plan, whether it is a trial, when it renews or the trial ends, and the next invoice, estimated.
2. Under Choose a plan, or Change plan once you pay online, read each plan's price and what would be over your room on it.
3. Press Pay monthly or Pay yearly on the plan you want.
4. The first time, pay on Stripe's page. After that, a change is made from here.

Then: The page thanks you, and the plan shows a moment later, once Stripe confirms it. A change applies at once, and Stripe adjusts the next invoice for the days already paid. Moving to a smaller plan hides what it does not include and deletes nothing: it comes back as it was when a plan that includes it is chosen.

Rather not? Paying online not open yet, or billed by contract? Press Ask support: a request under Billing reaches the ORG-APP team, who change the plan with you.

Who: A week before a trial ends, and again two days before, the Owner who has held the seat longest is emailed. With no plan chosen by then, the organization moves to the free plan, and what it does not include is hidden, never deleted.

Grace's organization is on a trial of Pro that ends on Friday. On Wednesday Grace presses Pay yearly on Pro and pays on Stripe's page. Back on Billing, Pro shows as Active a moment later, renewing in a year.

Add more seats or storage with a pack

1. Read Room on your plan: each limit's room, with your packs counted, against what is used.
2. Under Packs and add-ons, find the pack you need.
3. For a pack you can hold more than once, type how many in How many (0 to remove) and press Save.
4. For one you can hold only once, press Add; to take it off, press Remove, then Remove it.

Then: Stripe charges or credits the days left in the period, and the pack shows here a moment later. Staff seats come in steps of 5; volunteers and helpers, and storage, have packs of their own.

Sokha's organization has taken every staff seat its plan holds, and inviting one more lead is refused with a link to more staff seats. Sokha types 1 beside the staff seats pack in Billing, presses Save, and sends the invitation once the pack shows.

If a payment didn't go through

1. Read the notice at the top: how many days are left before the organization becomes read-only.
2. Press Manage in Stripe and put in a card that works.
3. Billed by contract instead, pay the invoice marked Due under Invoices, with View where it has one.
4. Come back to Billing: once the payment is in, the notice goes.

Then: A missed payment leaves 14 days to pay, unless ORG-APP has set your organization another number: the page says yours. The Owner is emailed the day it is missed, then 3, 7 and 12 days after it, the last of those 2 days before the organization becomes read-only. From then it is read-only until it is paid: everyone can sign in and see everything, and nothing can be changed.

Rather not? Paying brings everything back exactly as it was: nothing is ever deleted.

Who: The emails go to the Owner who has held the seat longest. Billing stays open while the organization is read-only, so its Owners and Admins can still pay.

Buy text credit

1. Find Text and WhatsApp credit: what is left.
2. Press one of the Buy buttons, each an amount.
3. Pay on Stripe's page.

Then: The credit is added once, as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, at cost: a dollar paid is a dollar of credit. Every text and top-up opens Texts, with each line of it.

Watch your video minutes

1. Find Video.
2. Read the video minutes used this month against your plan's, and the day they start again.
3. Read how many people one call takes, and the longest one call can last.

Then: Every minute each person spends in a call in ORG-APP's Inbuilt Meeting Room counts — members, bookers and guests — so a one-hour call with ten people uses 600. Owners and Admins are told at 80% and again when they are all used, in the app and by email. They start again on the 1st, in your organization's time zone.

Daniel's plan has 3,000 video minutes a month. A board meeting of 12 people for 90 minutes uses 1,080 of them. Once the month reaches 2,400, Daniel and the other admins are told 80% is used, and the minutes start again on the 1st.
