Answer a form
A form or survey you are asked to answer, and what became of what you sent.
Answer the form and send it
- Read what it is for, under its title.
- Answer each question; some appear only once an earlier answer calls for them.
- Press Send.
Then: The form's thanks shows in its place. If it asks for approval, it says it is waiting, and you are told what is decided.
Who: Where the form asks for approval, whoever holds that role at the form's unit or above it decides it.
See what became of what you sent
- Open the form again from To answer in Forms.
- Read What you sent, at the top: each response with its day.
- Read its status: Received, Waiting for approval, Approved or Not this time, with any note.
Then: A note from whoever decided it shows under its status.
Answer an anonymous survey
- Read the line with the lock at the top: it says the survey is anonymous.
- Answer the questions.
- Press Send.
Then: Your answers are kept without your name and with only their day, so they cannot be shown back to you or changed. The page says only that you answered.
If the form will not take your answers
- Read the line where the questions would be: not open yet, opens later, closed, or has all the answers it asked for.
- Ask whoever runs the form if you still need to answer.
A form opens here only if it is live and asks you: a form of your unit or a unit above it, or of a team you are on. If you run it and it does not ask you, you see a preview you cannot send.
