All tasks

Every kind of work you can see, in one table: project tasks, governance actions, program jobs, follow-ups with donors and HR checklist items.

Narrow it to what matters now

  1. Press Add filter.
  2. Choose a Kind, Only what is given to me, an Assignee, a Priority, when it is Due, a unit under Unit, and beneath it, its Status, or Words in the title.
  3. Press Apply.
  4. Press a filter's chip to take it off.

Then: The table opens on open work, and the Status chip takes that off too. The filters are in the page's address, so the table as you see it is a link you can send.

Rather not? When nothing matches, press Clear filters to start again.

Group, sort and choose columns

  1. Press Group by and choose Due, Kind, Project or source, Assignee or Nothing.
  2. Press Sort and choose by due day, by priority, or by the task's name.
  3. Press Columns, check what the table shows, and press Show these.
  4. Press Export for every row the filters show, as Excel or CSV.

Save a view to come back to

  1. Set the filters, grouping, sort and columns you want.
  2. Press New view under Saved views, type in Name this view, and press Save view.
  3. Press a view to open the table at it.

Then: Only you see your views, and you keep up to 20. My open tasks, Overdue in my units and Urgent this month are always there, each with its count.

Rather not? Press the dots beside a view for Rename, Keep what the table shows now and Delete this view.

Open one piece of work

  1. Press a task's name.
  2. Change it there, as its own page would let you.

Then: It opens on one page, whatever its kind, with a link to the page its kind is kept on. The Project or source column links there too.

Each kind is read through its own page's door: what you could not open on its own page is not a row here, and a kind not in your organization's plan, or switched off, is not gathered. Where a kind has more than the table reads at once, its foot says how many more. A name reads Not named to you where a unit keeps its people's names within it. A seat that only reads, such as an Auditor's, is told the page is not theirs, and pointed to My workspace.
