Afterwards
What happens to the people who came: before the day, the follow-up plan; after it, who came, how far follow-up has got, and a group or a course to send them on to.
Plan who is followed up, before the day
- Press Make a plan, or Change on a plan already made.
- Choose the track, when people go on, who follows them up, and the reminder gap.
- Press Save the plan.
Then: People go on the track as you chose: as their booking is confirmed, as they arrive, after the program ends, or only when somebody puts them on. Shared between several people, each is told once a batch.
Put everybody who came on follow-up
- Read the figures: Came, On follow-up, With nobody and Finished.
- Press Put everyone who came on.
- Or add somebody by hand, account or not: their Name, the Track and Who follows them up, then Add to the track.
Then: They are on the follow-up queue, and whoever follows them up is told.
Keep them together in a group
- Under Keep them together, press Start a group, or Keep this group going for the program's own group.
- Choose who is invited: those who came, everybody who booked, or people by name.
- Give it a name, how often it meets, and a first post for its wall.
- Press the button that sends the invitations.
Then: Everybody 18 or over with an account is invited, and decides whether to join; joining finishes their follow-up. Groups are for 18 and over, so nobody under 18 is invited. The organizers and speakers are asked to help run it. Where you check it, people with no account who gave an address are emailed the group's join link, to ask to join with a code sent to that address, but never anybody who asked for no more news, nor anybody the group emailed today, nor anybody who has had as many join emails from it in the last 30 days as its settings allow (3 unless its leaders change it), nor anybody your organization has sent 10 in that time.
Put them on a course
- Under A course next, choose the class in Put them on a course.
- Check Only those who actually came, if you want.
- Where the class takes participants from outside, check the box to email its join code to those without an account.
- Press Enroll them.
Then: Of the people from the program, those seated at the class's unit or below, within your reach, go on, and the rest are counted and said; anyone who hasn't completed what the course asks first goes on as you chose, named in the result and recorded. You are told how many are emailed before you send, and who would not be and why.
Bring in who came, kept on paper
- Once the date is over, press Import past attendees.
- Download the template, or use a form's own download as it is: one row a person.
- Choose the filled-in file, check it, and import it.
Then: They are recorded in People › Participants for that date: nobody is emailed, no accounts are made and nothing is booked. A first name alone is enough for somebody known by one name.
Afterwards is for whoever runs the program. A program in Afterwards for 30 days or more lists, at the top, what is left to do, and is closed from its Overview. The report is reached from the top of this tab.
