Add a note
A line or two towards one report, with a number or photos, written when it happens, even with no signal.
Add a note
- Choose the question it is under, or General for none.
- Under a number question, set How many, or press the plus and minus beside it.
- Write What happened: a line is enough.
- Press Add note.
Then: It says Note added. The box below counts your notes so far and the total for each number question. Only you can see your notes.
After Saturday's food drive, Sokha opens Add a note from Home, chooses the families-helped question, sets How many to 23, writes "Riverside hall, with the youth team" and presses Add note.
Add photos to a note
- Press Take a photo, or Choose photos from your phone.
- Add up to four.
- Write a line if you like, and press Add note.
Then: Each photo is made smaller on your phone before it is sent. Only you see them, until you open one in the report's notebook and check Send with the report, where the form takes files.
Note something from another day
- Press Another day.
- Choose the day.
- Write the note and press Add note.
Then: The note keeps the day you chose. Press Today instead to go back to today.
If you have nothing new this week
- Press Nothing new this week, below the note.
Then: The weekly reminder is put away until next week.
If it says the note is kept on this phone
- Leave the note as it is: there was no signal.
- Wait until you are back online. You need not add it again.
Then: The note and its photos are sent by themselves once there is a signal. Nothing is lost if you close the page.
A note goes to the report that is open. Once a report has been sent, this page says so, and notes go to the next one from the day it opens. If you no longer hold a seat the report asks, the page says you are not asked for it.
