A grant report
One report on a grant: its months, what was spent against the grant's budget, three written answers and its files — frozen once it is sent.
Write and send a report
- Open the report from the notice, or from its grant's Reports.
- Check the figures: spending in the grant's fund, from your own book, by budget line.
- Write What was done, Results and Problems met.
- Add files with Attach a file, if you have any.
- Press Send the report, or Save to finish later.
Then: Its figures are frozen as they stand that moment, and whoever keeps the giving book is told. Later entries in your book never change a report already sent.
Who: Whoever holds Record money at the receiving unit writes it.
Upload the report of an organization not on ORG-APP
- Open the report from its grant.
- Type what its report says it spent, by budget line.
- Write the three answers from its report.
- Attach its report with Attach a file.
- Press Send the report.
Then: It is kept against the grant as that organization's report, its figures frozen, for someone else who keeps your book to accept or send back.
Who: Whoever holds Record money at the giving unit uploads it; somebody else there reviews it.
Accept a report, or send it back
- Open the report from the notice.
- Read its figures against the budget, its answers and its files.
- Press Accept, or Send back, say why, and press Send it back.
Then: The receiving side is told. An installment waiting for this report can be sent once it is accepted.
Who: Whoever holds Record money at the giving unit, never whoever sent the report.
Correct a report
- Open a report that was sent back or accepted.
- Press Correct it.
- Change what needs changing, and send it again.
Then: A new version is sent, its figures frozen afresh. The earlier version stays, listed under Versions, exactly as it was sent.
The report opens for whoever holds See the books at either unit. The giving side reads a report once it is sent, never while it is written. Files open for both sides once it is sent.
